Puta Józef

Puta Józef (2 March 1923 Sosnowiec – 24 December 2012) – politician, diplomat.

Director of the HR Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the years 1963–1967, he was the Polish ambassador to Israel. He held this position until 1967, when the Polish People’s Republic broke all diplomatic relations with Israel.

Puta Józef

Baczko Bronisław (13 June 1924, Warsaw – 29 August 2016, Geneva), philosopher, expert in the history of social thought.

In 1952, he became an academic worker at the University of Warsaw, and in the years 1965–1968, he held the position of professor extraordinarius. In the aftermath of the March protests at the University of Warsaw, he was dismissed on 31 March 1968 by virtue of a decision made by the Minister of Higher Education. The same year, he was also removed from the Polish United Workers’ Party. He migrated from Poland in 1969.
